Job Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Business Partner to join our team at HMRC. As a Workforce Planning Expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic workforce planning across the HR profession.
The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis from one of our Regional Centres and will be part of the Strategic Workforce Planning Job Family.
This role offers a unique perspective and provides thought leadership and frameworks necessary to make a real difference at an organisational level.
You will be responsible for planning for the future needs of the organisation, taking into account factors such as talent management, succession planning and diversity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about making a difference in the public sector.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
