Bespak are looking for a Finance Business Partner for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this 16-month, maternity cover role is between £70k and £75k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Working Pattern: We are flexible. Work 7.5 hours + 30 mins lunch break, between 8 and 5, this could be 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm or a variation of this. Hybrid working: up to 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The needs of the business may require more than 3 days in the office to suit the requirements of the operational team.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a key figure in the finance team as well as the site Senior Leadership Team. You'll provide vital financial support to operational, commercial, and product development departments, collaborating with them to develop business strategies and control costs. This includes analysing monthly financial entries, leading month-end reviews, and supporting contract negotiations with detailed financial analysis. You will also play a crucial role in managing capital expenditure, fixed asset processes, and product costing models.
Your duties will include:
* Provide financial support to operational and commercial teams.
* Prepare and present financial forecasts and budgets.
* Analyse monthly performance and lead financial reviews.
* Support contract negotiations with financial analysis.
* Manage capital expenditure and fixed asset processes.
* Manage and develop financial control policies within the FP&A remit.
Key skills and experience:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
* Experience of finance in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Experience with stock accounting and product costing.
* Excellent communication skills for finance and non-finance audiences.
* Advanced Excel skills and accounting software knowledge.
