Day-to-day duties of the role: Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Increase sales opportunities through upselling other product ranges. Engage with lost accounts to try and regain their business. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Effective Communication: Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of products/services to clients. Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively. Customer-centric approach, with a genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
