Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Hemel Hempstead on our Cormar contract. This customer-facing role requires a commercially savvy individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving growth.
Salary - £Comp

How will you contribute?
1. Build a relationship with the customer, securing contract renewals and ensuring business excellence.
2. Ensure all KPIs, such as operational and financial targets, are met as required.
3. Engage, develop, and motivate your team to ensure a positive and constructive workplace and drive colleague engagement.
4. Be an advocate for excellent customer experience.
5. Work efficiently to tight deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction targets and service targets are adhered to in line with our values and behaviours.
6. Ensure effective communication throughout the operation, communicating planned requirements and providing information on performance, company news, and procedures.
7. Ensure an effective people resourcing plan to meet the needs of the business.
8. Build relationships with business partners to ensure that they meet the service level agreements.
9. Be actively involved with budget reviews with added value thinking for the customer.
10. Ensure the operation operates to the mutual benefit of the customer and the company.
What will you bring?
1. Senior management experience of working within a 3PL environment, FMCG, supply chain, understanding processes and operations requirements.
2. Fully familiar with stringent service level expectations, in both a transport environment and warehouse environment.
3. Commercially astute with the ability to deliver benefit against an open book budget.
4. Experience of working closely with clients and developing effective working relationships.
5. Proactive and flexible in your approach, a self-starter who is driven to achieve.
6. Ability to continually look for ways to enhance and improve current processes.
7. Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
8. Enthusiasm and commitment to meet the considerable challenge of operating in a highly customer-focused environment.
9. Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead 5 days a week.
