Responsibilities
:
1. Assist in managing the design process from pre-construction through to project completion.
2. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.
3. Review and manage drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and client specifications.
5. Support value engineering initiatives to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Identify and help resolve design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Work closely with the commercial and construction teams to align design with project delivery.
Requirements:
8. Experience in a design coordination or assistant design management role within the construction industry.
9. Background in industrial or logistics projects is preferred.
10. Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing.
11. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work to project deadlines.
12. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or relevant design software is advantageous.
13. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
