This role is perfect for someone with around 2 years of experience in a similar position, looking to advance their career and receive specialised product training. The role involves travel to customer sites throughout the UK and Europe. Duties of the role include: Service and installation on-site, ensuring parts are installed according to specifications. Inspect installed cables to ensure proper fitting. Work with the operations team to identify necessary job components and proactively address project issues. Coordinate with operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Develop and maintain work schedules and forecasts to meet project deadlines. Assist in training new team members on product installation. Provide emergency response as requested by customers. Key attributes/skills and qualifications: At least 2 years of experience of working within a similar role. At least 2 years of technical experience within security systems. Strong electrical and mechanical and technical aptitude. Customer focused attitude. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe Manual competence and awareness of manual handling. Full driving license.
