The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team’s mission is to support the firm’s ‘One Goldman Sachs’ forward strategy by proactively identifying, managing, monitoring and reporting key third party risks in order to enable and challenge the business’s risk-based decision making processes. The EMEA TPRM Regional Coverage team own the full program of EMEA regional TPRM activities including support of key stakeholders, working groups and committees within the region; execution of regulatory/transformation projects to ensure appropriate management of third party risk and compliance with new and existing supervisory requirements; coordination of mandatory annual regulatory reporting requirements and notifications; qualitative analysis and data/analytics driving business engagement and effective commercial outcomes DIVISION DESCRIPTION: Who We Are The Corporate and Workplace Solutions Division (CWS) is comprised of Workplace Experience, Spend Mangement, the Office of Global Security and Corporate and Workplace Engineering. OUR IMPACT The objective of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within the Spend Management department is to deliver a competitive advantage by: Proactively identifying, managing, monitoring and reporting key third party risks Leveraging the firm’s total spend to drive commercial benefits Deliver resilient, high performing, globally compliant operations Innovate to enhance and improve the firm’s product offering Adhere to the firm’s vendor code of conduct Focus on those third parties delivering the most important outsourced services Deliver world class Third Party Risk and Source to Pay (S2P) Technology Process HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL This Associate level professional will work within TPRM’s EMEA TPRM Regional Coverage team, leading the execution of proceses and strategic transformation projects to support enhanced, data driven, third party risk management outcomes and regulatory compliance within the EMEA region SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in a risk management role, including third party risk / supply chain management, or a global risk program design function Experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework within financial services; preferably in the context of third party risk and outsourcing Possess a strong risk management and control mindset linked with the ability to support the delivery of commercial outcomes Experience in data analytics, data manipulation and visualization techniques Highly organized; attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure Analytical thinker, intellectually curious and able to quickly assess situations, prioritize and multi-task Strong problem solving skills Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong stakeholder management skills Confident candidate who is enthusiastic and a team player Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with regional and global colleagues Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing organization Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or related role field (e.g., Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration etc.).
