As an apprentice at AEUK you will work within the AEUK Services division, providing support to the Divisional and Project Management communities from your very first day. You will be supported with the necessary training to provide you with the skills and experience to develop a career within AEUK.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Under the supervision of highly skilled team you will become competent in the following:
* Support to bid activities through the Shipley win business process
* Drafting of customer proposals
* Input information and make updates to the sales database
* Project Management
* Work with supporting departments to collect cost estimates for bids
* Ad hoc Tasks within the Team
You may be asked to undertake tasks which requires you to develop knowledge across multiple disciplines so that you are able to play a key role in the Services division.

* Use project monitoring and reporting techniques to track, interpret and report on performance.
* Manage and engage with stakeholders.

* Resolve conflict as and when required with stakeholders within limits of responsibility.
* Adapt communications to different stakeholders.
* Communicate and support the project vision, to ensure buy in to the project objectives.

* Review and provide feedback on a project business case to ensure the project remains valid.

Your training plan
* Upon completion of your apprenticeship you will obtain a Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Level 4 (or equivalent) with BPP through online learning
* We also offer the opportunity to complete further qualifications should you want to continue your studies
