Job Description
My client, a global retail and beauty brand, is on the hunt for an eCommerce Assistant to join their team over the next 3-months, with the option of extending for a further 3.
This will be a hybrid-working (3-days a week in office) and Inside IR35.
This role is paying up to £120 a day (max budget), starting as soon as possible.

JOB SPEC
Role Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with different Brand and Online teams to gather detailed product information including names, descriptions, specifications, and attributes.
• Formatting product data according to each partners’ unique requirements. Updating spreadsheets with accurate and verified information.
• Inputting product data into retailer-specific portals or shared systems.
• Collecting product images and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Renaming images according to retailer guidelines and ensure correct formatting (e.g., size, resolution).
• Uploading images and other assets to retailer portals or digital asset management (DAM) systems.
• Double-checking uploaded and published content for accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimising product information and imagery across Retailer partner sites to drive conversion and increase product digital heath score.
Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets, with good Excel knowledge, and experience with data entry tools (experience with online CMS tools is an advantage).
• Good communication skills.
• Efficient and effective time management (meeting tight deadlines and work prioritization).
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
• Basic Photoshop skills are an advantage but not essential (e.g., resizing images, basic edits)
