Our client delivers a variety of high-quality, inclusive short break clubs for children and young people with disabilities and additional needs across Surrey and West Sussex. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Manager to oversee the operational delivery of these services, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and impactful for all participants.
Role
- Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of short break clubs across multiple schemes.
- Line-manage a team of dedicated frontline staff, ensuring they are supported and effective in their roles.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of behavioural support plans for children with complex needs.
- Ensure services are co-designed and evaluated with meaningful input from children, young people, and their families.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance the breadth and quality of services offered to beneficiaries.
About You
- Proven experience working with children and young people with disabilities or additional needs.
- A strong background in managing frontline teams within a service-focused environment.
- Demonstrable success in working collaboratively with partner organisations to achieve positive outcomes.
- The ability to design and deliver engaging, creative activity programmes that promote informal learning and fun.
- A supportive and proactive management style, with a passion for ensuring high-quality, inclusive services.
