Job Description
Duties and tasks of the Finance Officer:
3. Providing administrative assistance to the finance team
4. Overseeing juniors work ensuring accurate postings
5. Process purchase invoices
6. Raise sales invoices
7. Supplier statement reconciliations
8. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for invoice payment resolution
9. Bank reconciliations and analysis
10. Producing reports and journals
11. Assisting with budget, forecasts and analysis variances
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as the Finance Officer you will have:
12. Previous experience assisting with budgets and forecasts
13. Excellent ability with accounting systems and Excel
14. Ability to communicate effectively to financial and no financial members
