We are looking for Support Workers to join our residential service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:
* The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and different levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
* This role greatly impacts the lives of the people we support, can you commit?
* Working within a team with occasional lone working to promote independence and encourage the people we support to access the community.
* Personal care is required.
* Maintaining a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
* Participate and be enthusiastic about their likes and wants.
* This is within an adult residential service.
* Shifts will involve earlies, lates, nights, and weekends.
