Job type: Permanent, full-time JOB PURPOSE: Our in-house Marketing team is looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join us in enhancing our website's performance and digital presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an SEO or closely related role; and a solid understanding of the latest trends and techniques in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies across all our online touchpoints including website, PPC, search engine rankings and social media that will drive traffic, increase engagement and ultimately, generate leads. You will work in conjunction with the other members of the marketing team to support overall firm initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for ranking and traffic growth • Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and user experience • Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools • Work with the team to implement SEO best practices across all digital channels • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in SEO and search engine algorithms, and recommend updates to our strategies accordingly • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all website content is optimised for search engines and user engagement • Provide regular reports and insights on website performance, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates • Work with external partners and agencies as needed to execute SEO initiatives • Effectively manage our PPC campaigns across the firm • This role may be called upon to support other team members as and when required as prioritised by the Head of Marketing. SKILLS AND COMPETENCE: • At least 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a similar in-house role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools • Strong copywriting skills for SEO related copy • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required) Our reputation rests on the expertise of our people who are first class in every respect and if like us, you are committed to putting clients and colleagues first, we would like to hear from you.
