Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to telephone enquiries from customers and engineers, ensuring efficient communication.
* Logging breakdowns and service requests, coordinating engineer attendance, and adhering to customer procedures for equipment repair and servicing.
* Maintaining effective communication with engineers and other team members.
* Accurately processing engineer's work orders and timesheets daily.
* Delivering excellent customer service and front-line support to customers and team members alike.
Requirements:
* Strong telephone communication skills with a confident and professional manner.
* Proficient in computer systems and data input.
* A commitment to providing high-quality customer care.
