Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their small, dynamic team based in Chertsey, Surrey. This position is available on either a full time or part time basis, with flexibility available in terms of days/hours for those looking for fewer days or more part time hours.
This role will involve managing inquiries, maintaining company databases, processing payments, making sales and renewal calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will support a variety of general administrative tasks for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills to engage confidently and professionally with clients and stakeholders both over the phone and in person. The role demands fast and accurate data input and IT proficiency with CRM systems, querying, and database reporting tools.
