Job Description
We are working with a top 200 law firm based in Spalding who are looking for a Legal Secretary to work in their Property department.
They want someone who has previous experience in a similar role and is looking for a new role to progress their career.
Typical duties would include:
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
* Manage correspondence, documents, and audio typing.
* Organise case information using the electronic system.
* Handle client communication and efficient file management.
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary is desirable.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
* Excellent organisational and accurate time management skills.
* Flexible, professional with strong communication and confidentiality.
