In 1995, FRED joined the LVMH group and is now part of its Watches & Jewelry Division.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be in charge of:
* Providing sales assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of brand and product knowledge
* Achieving personal and store sales targets
* Professionally handling and advising customers on products and services
* Professionally representing the brand image at all times
* Creating and developing client relationships
* Maintaining merchandising displays and high standards within the store
* Providing high-quality service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
* Completing sale documentation and efficiently using internal till and stock systems
* Generating client advocacy to achieve mystery shopper targets
* Regularly checking stock levels
* Supporting the manager to continuously develop store practices and customer service levels
* Reporting any stock or security issues and fraudulent activity to management
* Promoting effective working practices for a safe and efficient working environment
* Developing a high level of product and brand knowledge
* Providing in-store aftersales service in collaboration with the aftersales teams
* Taking responsibility for personal development and attending training as required
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Permanent contract starting January 2025.
Education:
Minimum a bachelor degree.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in sales records.
Previous experience with Jewelry clients & Brands.
Knowledge of and ability to use various IT systems.
