Shifts on offer*: Monday to Sunday, Day and Nights Flexible.
*Shifts Times are set times, but Monday to Sunday flexibility on offer depending on availability.
About the Role :
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Complex Care Assistant who can support our Service User in his own Home, He is a 22-year-old Male patient with AVM - Arteriovenous Malformations. He has a Tracheostomy and Mickey button in Situ. Our service user is non verbal and communicates via eye contact and gestures. He lives at home with his family who supports with all aspects of his care and wellbieng. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are also doubled up as a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own home environment and especially within the community.

Requirements for the Role
-Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for an outgoing bubbly candidate, who can show their best assets on providing the highest quality of support.
-A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience have previous experience and training around
Tracheostomy and Ventilators.
-Complex Care experience preferred but not a mandatory need.
-To provide the correct compliance documents including updated Right to Work and original DBS certificate.
