Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the firm. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed, and responding to client inquiries professionally. Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff members. Organize and maintain physical and digital files and ensure all documentation is kept confidential. Prepare and process legal documents, correspondence, and reports as requested by attorneys. Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in client charges. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for supply orders and other office needs. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within a legal environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone manner. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software is a plus. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
