Contracts Manager for a permanent contract with a well-established and fast-growing construction company based in Basildon.
* Job Duties:
* Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
* Carry out site survey inspections
* Complete Site Audit reports on the system
* Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
* Create work schedules for fitters on the company SIMPRO system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
* Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
* Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client's quotation and project requirements
* Requirements:
* Industrial flooring background
* Full clean UK driving license and willingness to travel
