Role Overview
Your role will be to support the team, Seniors and Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the busy office environment. For this post, you will need to have a good understanding of the specific service area, be patient, and have a caring disposition.
You must also have the ability to work within the boundaries of confidentiality and the guidelines of data protection to ensure that our customer’s information is protected. There is also a requirement for the successful applicant to be flexible and sociable with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

This is a full-time position throughout the 18 months apprenticeship programme.
Requirements
The successful applicant will be subject to the following Disclosure and Barring Service checks relevant to the post:
Lifeline Service - DBS Enhanced
Should you be successful, you would be expected to undertake and complete all components of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship whilst gaining valuable 'on the job' experience, dedicated mentoring from skilled managers and colleagues.
We are committed to supporting you throughout your apprenticeship with a dedicated mentor and additional training & development opportunities. There is also the potential for you to secure long-term employment with the Council upon completion of your qualification and the ability to also apply for internal vacancies restricted to employees throughout your apprenticeship.
