Job Purpose: The Corporate Affairs/Comms Team is responsible for building a strong reputation for Kyowa Kirin and trust in our purpose among internal and external stakeholders. We do this by conveying KKI’s mission, vision and values to core audiences within our community. As the Corporate Affairs intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills and bring in new innovations. We are looking for an intern to work on various projects and help support our various communication channels. The right candidate will be a creative self-starter with an eagerness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Campaign development and Project Management: Help progress various corporate affairs/communications projects and campaigns on multiple topics Manage the day to do running of the intranet, including site maintenance, writing and publishing news articles. Bringing new innovations to continue engaging both the content editor community and employees Working across a matrix organisation helping to develop meetings and events aligned with the communication strategy Support running of the organisation’s social media channels, social media strategy development, and considered expansion into new channels Media analysis by reviewing the weekly media monitoring and looking for trends Bring the voice of patients closer to internal and external audiences Design and development of media materials across multiple channels Robust metrics and measurements to ensure the greatest Position Requirements: Self-starter Keen to learn and develop Creative, passionate, growth mindset Occasional overnight travel Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
