Position Summary:
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will support production continuity by performing planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks. Work will be scheduled via the Agility CMMS and mobile app by the Site Facilities Engineer. The ideal candidate should demonstrate ownership, enthusiasm, drive, and discipline to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution independently.
* Work effectively both as part of a team and alone.
* Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels.
* Maintain composure under pressure.
* Support ongoing company growth by working flexible double shifts and outside normal hours as needed.
* Maintain TPM records and drive continuous process improvements.
* Manage work requisitions through the CMMS and report progress to the Facilities Manager.
* Communicate with suppliers to source parts and materials.
* Maintain organized and professional work practices using the CORE system.
* Fault find on industrial equipment such as CNC machines, welding equipment, motors, and control circuits; PLC experience is a plus.
* Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams.
* Perform electrical installations on LV systems in an industrial setting, including cabling and control systems.
* Test electrical installations.
* Possession of IPAF and FLT licenses is beneficial but not essential.
* Apprentice-trained with City & Guilds or equivalent certification, or equivalent industry experience.
This role may involve access to export-controlled information, requiring security checks, export licenses, and possibly non-disclosure agreements.
