This team encompasses Internal and External Communications, Public and Policy Affairs, Brand and Insights, and Responsible Business. The skills you will need

Essential Skills:
* Writing: Simplify complex information and craft engaging, audience-focused content.
* Planning: Develop and execute communication plans with team support.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in writing and planning.
* Organisation: Proactively seek stories, manage your time, and handle multiple tasks efficiently, knowing when to ask for help.
* Creative Thinking: Understand how your work fits into the broader context and innovate communication strategies.
* Insight: Leverage insights to enhance communications and provide recommendations.
* Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in video content creation and editing, either independently or with an agency.
* Familiarity with design tools like Canva.
* Background in working with communication or event agencies.
What you’ll be doing
As an Internal Communications Professional, you'll collaborate with the team on:
* Writing and distributing communications: Create and edit content for social media, emails, newsletters, and articles.
* Campaigns and projects: Assist internal comms managers with campaigns, including digital asset creation and support for filming or photography.
* Event content: Contribute to content for both in-person and online internal events.
* Team support: Provide assistance with business-as-usual communications and change communications.
