Contract: Permanent Location: Home based Hours per week: 37 Salary: Up to £28,000, depending on experience About the role We’re excited to be looking for a Relationship Coordinator to join our EPA Relationship team to work an allocated caseload of our customers, providing support throughout the end to end EPA Journey. The purpose of End Point Assessment is to deliver positive, fair and rigorous End Point Assessments to apprentices across England whilst upholding compliance with regulatory requirements. The NCFE EPA team is responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of End Point Assessment and providing positive experiences to the recipients of this service. You’ll support the team by providing timely and effective support across a range of activities in line with our team objectives. You’ll take customer calls, working with confidential data across a wide variety of systems and working directly with customers across allocated accounts to provide guidance and support. How you’ll make an impact: Establishing and maintaining positive and professional relationship with new customers Developing an onboarding and support plan for each customer based on an initial diagnostic process Securing agreement to the plan from customers, with each plan having timescales and accountability for each action defined Delivering/facilitating support where required to allocated customers We’d love to hear from you if you offer the following: Experience within a customer facing advisory role Ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders Proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills, using technology to good effect Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Feeling inspired?
