We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Commis and Kitchen assistant to join our culinary team. Duties
1. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
3. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
4. Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies appropriately.
5. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and a positive work environment.
7. Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
Skills

Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years experience.
2. Day time flexible working hours including weekends.
3. Occasional evenings for events.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
