Murray Recruitment has an excellent permanent opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator based in Livingston.
Working in a team and reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for assisting customers, planning of works and all supporting administration.
Duties:
* Planning PPM and Reactive works
* Programming engineers workload
* Logging calls and emails from clients
* Dealing with client enquiries
* Raising quotations
* Processing job sheets
* Raising Purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers
* Liaising with subcontractors regarding works
* Updating all systems
* Contract administration
Experience/Skills:
* Previous Helpdesk/Contract Admin experience
* Excellent communicator
* Competent IT skills
* Team player
Package:
* Working Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm.
* Salary is dependent on experience
* Holidays are 33 days, 28 annual leave & 5 statutory bank holidays which are (1st & 2nd of January, Easter Monday, and the 25th & 26th of December)
