Our client, a privately owned company based in Manningtree is now hiring for a temporary Operations Support Administrator.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.
* Administer governance systems, ensuring compliance with all processes.
* Collate and update data from weekly/monthly reports and audits.
* Prepare purchase and work orders, coordinate with Engineers and Suppliers.
* Review and manage open work orders, ensuring timely closure.
* Maintain records for calibrated machines across locations.
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound calls, ensuring effective communication.
* Organise courier bookings nationally and internationally.
* Promote quality management and comply with Health & Safety policies.
