About the role
* Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
o Hands-on experience in Offshore Engineering and working on turbines.
o Technical project management experience.
o Asset Management through compliance with Asset & Regulatory Governance.
o HSE Management.
o Contract Management.
* Actively support the team with:
o Creation and improvement of Safety Documentation in line with associated Safety Rules.
o Contributing to the development and implementation of engineering and maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve measured site performance as defined in the business plan.
o Initiatives to improve the management of site safety and contribute to the achievement of company safety objectives through offshore inspections.
o Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders on relevant issues.
o Support management of project work, ensuring work is completed to programme, budget, and quality.
o Own designated plant faults for Root Cause Analysis, modification, and rectification works while utilizing efficient work tracking methods.
Job requirements and experience
* You’re an enrolled student in an Engineering-related field.
* Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement.
* Looking at your current performance overview, you are on track to graduate with a 2.1 or higher.
* You have very good verbal and written communication skills.
* You’re able to coordinate your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders is something you feel comfortable with.
