Our team of 12 experienced full-time bakers are passionate about their craft and dedicated to delivering high-quality products every day. Role Pastry is at the heart of what we do, making up 40% of our weekly sales. Our offerings include classic viennoiserie croissants and pain au chocolat, Scandi favourites such as cinnamon buns and cardamom knots, and more contemporary treats like cruffins. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for consistency and excellence in our pastry range. Role Requirements We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Baker who meets the following criteria: At least 2 years of hands-on experience crafting viennoiserie from scratch in an artisan bakery setting. Strong understanding of mixing and shaping pastry products, with the ability to scale recipes using bakers' percentages. A keen eye for detail and the ability to judge when products are perfectly ready to bake. Commitment to producing high-quality, consistent products every time. Working Hours & Shifts Shifts are available between 6am and 10pm, spread across 7 days a week. Typical shift patterns include laminating/shaping from 6am-2pm, baking from 2pm-10pm, or other tasks falling between these times. 8-hour shifts are standard.
