Our client, a leading provider of cutting-edge payment solutions, is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the payments sector, with a focus on acquiring, card issuing, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), and merchant services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, PSPs, FinTechs, and financial institutions, understanding their payment needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Promote and sell our client's global acquiring, multi-currency processing, alternative payment methods, and fraud prevention services.
* Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth by closing high-value deals.
* Stay informed on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry trends, providing insights to clients.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in payments and sales, with a focus on acquiring, card issuing, or BaaS.
* Proven track record of selling payment solutions, including multi-currency processing, alternative payment methods, and fraud prevention technologies.
* Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, compliance, and risk management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
