The CWOM will work independently to ensure services provide high-quality care, while supporting the local team by facilitating daily huddles and regular staff meetings. They will submit regular highlight reports to the Network Operations Manager, offering feedback and updates on the performance of their services. The job holder will usea data-driven approach, collaborating with Business Intelligence to gather the necessary information to assess the overall performance of the services.
