MXW, part of the Trailer Park Group, is looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer. This is a Hybrid role, requiring some in-office time.

With content creation at the center, we support our clients with strategy, creativity, and the latest in digital services. Headquartered in Hollywood, Los Angeles, the agency also has offices in London and Mumbai.
MXW brings a suite of services to our many clients, including marketing strategy, branded content and campaigns, and immersive experiential offerings. The firm’s work for the world’s leading studios and streaming platforms comprises IP development and B2B corporate storytelling through to large-scale activation ideas and unique consumer experiences.
The Role Working in partnership with our Creative Services Director, this role will deliver exceptional strategic thinking, creative application, and client service across a broad range of design deliverables comprising of:
1. Cross-company presentation templates
2. Company credentials
3. Partner pitches & sales tools
4. Main stage showcase decks (physical and virtual)
5. Mood boards & inspiration
6. Mock-ups & visualisation
7. Marketing collateral
8. Event branding (save the date, evites, sales materials, and venue look & feel)
9. Digital look books
10. Leadership reporting
Account Management
11. Serve as the holder of the key client relationship, forging a positive connection and be their trusted advisor representing the agency
12. Lead the day-to-day meetings, calls and ever-changing requirements with clients
13. Translate the clients’ requests, briefings and thinking into an actionable agenda for the design studio
14. Responsible for communicating the clients’ objectives internally and deployment of the creative brief
15. Lead and manage multiple projects at once from conception to completion, driving teams to successfully deliver to time, quality, and budget
16. Clearly communicate, sell and pitch work to clients in an engaging way
17. Help write client presentations to best showcase and elevate the work
18. Review deliverables to check all is on spec/brief as well as quality assurance
19. Identify new projects and secure ongoing work to grow the business
20. Maintaining a rolling pipeline of work and provide quarterly reporting of business unit usage
Team
21. Provide leadership, management and guidance to the design and account management teams
22. Capacity planning and resource management with wider MXW team
23. Build, maintain and manage external partners and consultants
Ideation
24. Help concept ideas with supporting copy and visual inspiration
25. Identify and apply relevant trends in global consumer culture
26. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends - and demonstrate understanding of how they strategically integrate into key client communication ideas
Reporting
27. Draft scopes of work in line with agency procedures
28. Monitor scope creep, critical path and delivery
29. Evaluation of projects to apply learning’s going forward
30. Preparation of client reporting reviews
Other
31. Play an active role across the agency to contribute to the company’s culture
32. Champion products and services within the wider Trailer Park Group, and liaise with division leads to ensure high quality and effective delivery of projects
33. Any other duties which the Company shall reasonably require from time to time.
Requirements
34. Entertainment marketing agency experience important
35. 2:1 or higher bachelor’s degree with 5+ years entertainment experience
36. Understand all aspects of B2B and consumer marketing (Creative, Brand, Digital, Partnerships, PR, Media, Research, Sales, Licensing).
37. Management experience with a keen ability to delegate and manage multiple projects and people
38. Highly organised individual who is detail orientated and able to work under pressure
39. Strong interpersonal skills/welcoming personality that encourages relationship building both internally and externally
40. A creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and personability
41. An interest in cultural and zeitgeist events that can influence ideas and tactics – and a fan of Disney
42. Exceptional and versatile copywriting, brand strategy, and storytelling skills
43. Awareness of current film, fashion, music and social trends
44. Professional appearance and demeanor for interfacing with clients
45. Based in London and eligible to work in the UK
