The Role...
The overall leadership and management of your region, including the ongoing development of a high performing team. The CEO will provide a clear strategic framework that enables the delivery of our operational and financial targets, whilst ensuring a positive relationship with the organisation's business and community partners. Our programmes will provide increased opportunities for young people to become engaged in sport. You will continue to grow the existing operation, which currently sits as a market leader in the region.
What you will be doing ...
1. Managing our delivery of curricular, extra-curricular and school holiday activities.
2. Leading our team of teachers and coaches to deliver the highest quality of service to our partners.
3. Responsible for measuring performance, reporting and keeping our systems updated.
4. Managing the effective use of resources including equipment and vehicles.
5. Working closely with the sales and marketing function to promote/market our range of programmes and activities.
6. Working 40 hours per week.

Essential requirements:
1. Experience in leading, managing and developing people.
2. Experience of working in a primary educational setting.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
1. Experience of delivering high quality PPA cover in schools to children aged 4-12 years old.
2. Experience of working towards and delivering operational and financial targets.
3. A minimum of a national governing body level 2 in one sport or QTS.
4. Up to date First Aid and Safeguarding certificates.
