If you are energetic, able to work on your own initiative to ensure that guests always receive a memorable golfing experience, whilst able to work alongside the team, we would love you to join our team! If you have a good knowledge of Golf and previous experience of working within a Golf environment, relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Your Day With Team Carden
* To ensure the consistent delivery of a high quality customer service within the Golf Operations Department.
* To be responsible for the efficient day to day running of the Golf Operations department, promoting teamwork at all times and aiding the team in whichever department within golf you are required.
* To assist in the professional delivery and development of all aspects of the golf operation and that member and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
* To ensure the smooth running of the golf courses.
* Ensuring that all golf front of house areas and equipment are kept to an immaculate standard at all times.
* Assisting in the set up and running of all golf business.
* Responsible for the handling of stock, with good product knowledge enabling you to cross-sell all relevant products and services well.
* Maintaining health and safety standards.
We have opportunities for part-time roles, including zero-hour contracts, with shifts available during the day, evening, and weekends.
Minimum Requirements
* Full driving license is required to be able to drive buggies.
Salary: £9.50 - £11.44 per hour.
