The London Pathways Partnership (LPP) is seeking to recruit an Office Manager and project support for a 12-month fixed term contract or secondment. This exciting and fast-paced role will support the management of the Holyrood site including opening and closing the building from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday as well as providing project support across the LPP where required.
LPP brings together five mental health trusts, all of whom have a longstanding history and recognised expertise in delivering effective psychological approaches to complex high-risk offenders. The partners include:

3. South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust
4. North London NHS Foundation Trust
5. Central and North West London Foundation Trust
LPP works in partnership with the National Probation Service (NPS), Her Majesty's Prison Service (HMPPS) and third sector organisations to design and deliver services across London and south England in line with the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway specification.
Candidate will be required to be at Holyrood Street, London, SE1 Monday to Friday. Home working/agile working is not required for this role.

* Building/Office Management - opening and closing the Holyrood Building Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm.

Job responsibilities
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the premises, including but not limited to, overseeing building policies and protocols, health and safety, office and equipment maintenance, security, risk assessment in the role of risk assessor, and fire safety in the role of fire officer.
* To be responsible for opening and closing the premises in the mornings and evenings Monday-Friday.
* To coordinate room bookings and manage the room booking system.
* To be accountable for the ordering of stock and non-stock, including office stationery, equipment and supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
* Administration tasks across LPP community services as listed below.
* To provide project management and support for wider London and National OPD projects, this would include assimilating responses, identifying themes, and summarising recommendations and conclusions.
