Day Shifts
£20.00 per hour (with paid breaks)
Hours: 36 hours per week

Our client's Nursing and Dementia Care Home is set in an attractive, thoughtfully converted property; it has undergone major refurbishments, creating a safe, stable, and inviting environment. The home actively involves both staff and residents in day-to-day decision-making, fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.
Our client is seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse to join their dedicated team. This role is suited to a nurse with an active NMC Pin and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. In this supportive and resident-centred environment, you'll play a key role in enhancing residents' quality of life while working closely with a team that values your expertise.
Qualifications
1. NMC Pin Required: Active registration with the NMC and a Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN)
2. Experience in a nursing or dementia care setting (preferred)
3. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to best practices in elderly care
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
5. Compassionate, proactive, and resident-focused approach to care
