GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Aubin is a British menswear brand established in 2008. Originally the elder premium sibling to Jack Wills, the brand is now independently owned by its original founders. Our key principles and commitments are to produce high quality menswear products that are built to last and are timeless in appeal. Our philosophy is that BETTER IS GREATER THAN MORE. The business has gone through a period of rapid growth since its re-launch in 2021 and are now looking to develop its online presence to capitalise on its wider distribution success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our menswear brand. This role combines creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic execution to scale our brand presence and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about menswear, understands the nuances of the men’s market, and has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact marketing campaigns.
THE ROLE:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Identify opportunities for growth across key channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, influencer partnerships and other emerging marketing channels.
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram etc.) to maximize ROI and drive traffic to the website.
* Analyse campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve results.
* Develop and execute a robust CRM & customer segmentation strategy to maximise the effectiveness of our email and other marketing communications.
* Manage our customer database and email communication to ensure that email revenue is maximised whilst maintaining brand engagement.
* Create and implement a robust and scalable customer loyalty program.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to maximise our organic search discoverability.
* Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
* Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that we are promoting the right stock at the right time.
* Work with the eCommerce team to improve user experience and maximise conversion rate.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in the fashion e-commerce sector.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Passion for men’s fashion and a deep understanding of the target demographic.
BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:
* Experience of Shopify or similar web-based ecommerce platform.
* Experience of using Klaviyo or similar online based CRM platform.
