Commercial Support Administrator (Temporary)
Location: Norwich, based near the inner ring road in Norwich.
Hourly pay rate: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and free parking
For a 12 month initial contract, this is based on 38 hours per week.
Our client are a leading global machinery manufacturer based in Norwich and are looking for a Commercial Support Administrator (Temporary), within their Commercial department for an initial 12 month contract, this is based on 38 hours per week.
Assisting with the administration of the Pricing & Contract Specialist in:
1. The preparation and maintenance of market (Excel / pdf) price lists.
2. Preparation of annual indexation proposal sheets and associated data for E1 / Salesforce update.
3. Annual shortfall reporting and administration through to approval.
4. Preparation of data for customer rebate calculations and administration there of through to approval.
5. Cover for new / renewal customer contract checking.
6. Contract data and billing exception reporting.
Provide administration cover for the Commercial Analyst for:
1. Customer account analysis
2. Preparation and administration of NSTW’s.
3. Ad hoc market or customer analysis as required from time to time.
Providing general administrative support to the team, including data entry, record keeping and filing as required.
