This is a varied position where no two days are the same. The diverse responsibilities, include: Managing the shared email account, handling sensitive queries, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Supporting the Assistant Director for Employee Experience and Wellbeing with stakeholder relationships, weekly meetings, administrative tasks (typing, minute-taking, mail handling), and diary management. Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a range of initiatives associated with employee experience and workplace wellbeing and support the implementation of a selection of projects. Build and maintain strong influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating complex activities such as updating systems, maintaining intranet pages, creating presentations, and organising team meetings. Maintaining stock levels, ordering merchandise supplies, and distributing information across the team.
