Customer Care Representative
Bath, Somerset, Hybrid working
* Full time position (40 hours per week)
* 3 month fixed term contract
* Up to £26,500 DOE plus commission

The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic team on a 3-month FTC. You’ll be the trusted contact for our customers turn to when they need support – helping them with everything from broadband installations to resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer queries across email, social, chat and phone channels
* Take ownership of queries from start to resolution – including complaints
* Book installations and clearly explain the process to customers
* Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and ideas
* Keep internal systems and knowledge bases up to date
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent customer care
* Deliver a great experience for every customer – every time!

The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a people person who loves solving problems and making customers feel valued. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and positively.
* Experience in B2C customer service (contact centre, retail, or similar)
* Empathetic, with the ability to connect with a wide range of people
* Confident in handling complaints and seeing them through to resolution
* Curious and always looking to learn and improve
* Excellent listening and communication skills
* Proactive and able to take initiative when challenges arise
* A positive “can-do” attitude and a team-player mindset
