About the role: Full-time 2 year fixed term contract Conveniently located in Eastwood Deliver business transformational projects, with a focus on the provision of care across aged care homes and retirement living villages. Upcoming projects include Data Governance & Human Resources Environments Reporting to the Manager - Project Management Office, you will deliver business transformational focused project services across Eldercare’s residential aged care homes and retirement living sites. With a strong emphasis on contributing to and supporting of Eldercare’s model of care. This position is responsible for the management of a range of projects and change initiatives that directly or indirectly affect residential aged care facilities and retirement living sites. This position is also responsible for the contribution and participation in developing strategic projects initiatives and hands on project participation and management. Utilising your strong organisational skills, you develop comprehensive business cases, project plans and monitor progress against agreed milestones to ensure projects achieve the desired outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have: University or other tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business or Management or Healthcare. Experience or exposure to the Healthcare industry Advanced knowledge of contemporary project management methodologies eg: Prince 2, PMBOK and or Agile Experience associated with the project management in Aged Care or Residential Care environments Excellent project management skills in a fast paced client-side project management environment. Ability to tract actions and maintain PM systems High level communication skills with proven ability in engaging with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to achieve agreed project objectives. A high degree of creativity with a proven ability to develop high level concepts, master plans in order to support the strategic development objectives of Eldercare.
