We are looking for an Administrator to join our Commercial department.
This role would be ideal for someone interested in providing versatile administrative support across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, building experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, and contributing to impactful projects.

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Answering the telephone/taking new enquiries for the Sales team
* Quotation preparation for regional Sales Managers using PandaDoc
* Preparing reports and data cleaning using Salesforce
* Creating and updating Salesforce reporting
* Assisting with the organisation of customer training and associated administrations
* Creating and maintaining documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
The role will also involve any other adhoc tasks as given by the Group Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, and Business Development Director.
All staff are expected to work to company procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience of using Salesforce
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work both reactively and proactively in a busy and varied sales environment.
