Day to Day:
The work will involve managing the day-to-day operations of a responsive repairs contract for the MOD. This includes managing engineers out in the field, reviewing delivery of service, health & safety, and quality checks. Our client is keen to give someone who is looking for a step up from a supervisor's role to contract manager.
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
1. Experience of managing a repairs service, ideally in domestic housing maintenance.
2. Understanding around plumbing, heating and gas is beneficial.
3. Contract management experience.
4. Excellent health & safety experience.
5. People management experience.
