Job Title: Site Sales Representative
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Stoke Hammond
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid
Hours: Monday to Sunday 10-5:30pm (5 days)

Our client is seeking a motivated and confident Site Sales Representative to oversee the complete sales process for their exclusive new homes. This role requires someone who can work independently, is highly driven, and possesses a strong "can-do" attitude. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales journey from initial inquiry to the final purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
·Sales Process Management: Handle the full sales cycle for new homes, including conducting site tours, providing property information, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales.
·Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential buyers and assess their needs to match them with suitable properties.
·Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the homes for sale, including features, pricing, and potential upgrades, to effectively communicate the value to clients.
·Negotiation: Handle all negotiations and contract finalisations in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
·Marketing & Lead Generation: Assist in creating and implementing local marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and generate leads.
·Customer Care: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the buying process and beyond, ensuring they have a positive experience and are fully informed about the properties.
·Administration: Keep accurate records of sales, inquiries, and customer feedback, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed correctly.
Ideal Candidate:
·Previous experience in selling homes, ideally within new home sales or real estate.
·Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to engage with people and build relationships.
·Comfortable with making sales presentations, handling objections, and closing deals.
·Proactive, resourceful, and driven to meet sales targets.
·Must be located within a 1-hour commute of Letchworth and possess a valid driver's license with access to a car.
