We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administration who possesses advanced Excel skills to support our operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and data entry.
* Support senior team members with ad hoc accounting and administration tasks.
* Manage office administration tasks including filing, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions as needed.
Key Requirements:
* Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, graphs, and data analysis.
* Previous experience in an administrative support role.
* Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent English, spoken and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
* A basic understanding of accounting principles.
* Experience in data entry and report generation.
Hours:
* 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm Friday.
