We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in administration who possesses advanced Excel skills to support our operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, data entry, etc.
2. Support senior team members with ad hoc accounting and administration tasks.
3. Manage office administration tasks including filing, maintaining records, and supporting administrative functions as needed.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
2. Previous experience in an administrative support role.
3. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Excellent English, spoken and written.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
8. A basic understanding of accounting principles.
9. Experience in data entry and report generation.
Hours:
1. 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am to 3pm Friday.
