We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Hollesley Bay. HMP Hollesley Bay is a category D open prison located in Woodbridge, Norfolk, housing around 460 patients who are working towards their release. We are looking for someone who is eager to use their skills and experience to develop the pharmacy services on site, you will also be supporting with medication reviews and clinical screening.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.15am-4.15pm
Salary: This position is full time working 37.5 hours across 5 days, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £55,941 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As the Clinical Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Ensure the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high quality prison pharmaceutical service
* Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters and ensure a safe and modern medicines management service
* Lead a team of Pharmacy technicians

Qualifications & Experience
* GPhC registered Pharmacist.
* Available to newly qualified pharmacists and beyond.
* Management and leadership experience (desirable).
* Procurement and audit experience (desirable).
* Vocational Master’s Degree in Pharmacy including pre-registration training
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Although not essential, this would ideally suit an applicant with at least 1 year experience in a hospital setting.
