What you will be doing:
1. Brand & Marketing Copywriting: Develop engaging copy for MPB’s website, landing pages, product descriptions, and digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with designers and marketers to create compelling messaging that drives engagement and conversions.
2. Content & Editorial Writing: Write and edit articles, guides, and resources that educate and inspire photographers and filmmakers. Develop corporate storytelling and case studies while maintaining and evolving MPB’s brand tone of voice.
3. SEO & Performance Copywriting: Optimise content for search engines to improve rankings and visibility. Utilise data insights to refine messaging and increase engagement, testing and iterating on copy for higher conversion rates across channels.
4. Collaboration & Industry Knowledge: Work with internal teams to align copy with marketing goals. Stay updated on photography, videography, and industry trends, contributing ideas for content and marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for:
1. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role with strong writing and editing skills.
2. Marketing & SEO Knowledge: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for different formats, with experience in marketing campaigns and an understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
3. Multitasking & Deadline Management: Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Photography Enthusiast: Knowledge of cameras, lenses, and photography techniques is desirable, as is experience in e-commerce, particularly in a tech or creative field.
