CLINICAL 1. To provide a psychologically informed service to the STEPs teams including assessment and specialist formulation for individuals and carers as appropriate. 2. To provide specialist consultation and supervision to the STEPs team and other agencies providing care for the client group. 3. To carry out specialist assessments and provide specialist evidence based therapy to individuals and groups as appropriate. 4. To participate in clinical and caseload supervision arrangements provided within the STEPs service. 5. To liaise with Recovery teams and identify appropriate care pathways for patients with complex needs within secondary services. 6. To work jointly with colleagues within secondary services offering consultation, and case-based discussion and providing expert advice. 7. To participate in generic team duties as agreed by the team manager, as appropriate to the needs of the service. 8. To maintain accurate records and to monitor clinical workload using agreed systems. 9. To support the full implementation of CPA acting as a care co-ordinator as appropriate to the needs of the service. PROFESSIONAL 1. To be accountable for own professional actions and to fully observe the relevant Code of Conduct for your professional body; 2. To be aware of, adhere to, and where appropriate, contribute to the formulation and review of Trust, Specialised and STEPS Service policies and procedures; 3. To participate in local psychology meetings, specialised services therapies meetings and Trust[1]wide meetings as appropriate; 4. To maintain and develop high standards of practice by engaging in continuing professional development and co-operative working/networking with colleagues from the same profession; 5. To participate in an annual performance appraisal. 6. To participate in Continued Professional Development and other developmental activities. SERVICE GOVERNANCE 1. To participate in service governance processes. 2. To support and participate in multidisciplinary clinical audit. 3. To liaise with other disciplines and agencies to ensure that best practice is shared. 4. To promote the use of effective interventions in the service. TRAINING AND STAFF DEVELOPMENT 1. To provide training, supervision and consultation in psychological approaches to staff in the Steps team and as appropriate to other AWP staff working with service users with eating disorders.
