Silver Star Motors and Mercedes-Benz Ringwood, two of Melbourne's leading authorised Mercedes-Benz passenger car sales, service and parts dealers, have an exciting opportunity for a Warranty Administrator Assistant to join our Doncaster, Burwood, and Ringwood dealerships.
This fantastic opportunity exists for an individual that is willing to learn and listen. No previous experience is required; however, it would be beneficial to have a general understanding of an automotive vehicle.
This exciting role will see you work for one of the world's most prominent automotive brands on leading-edge technology. The desired candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, though it does not have to be specific to warranty experience.
Reporting directly to the Warranty Supervisor, you will take great pride in your work, ensuring repair orders are always claimed and completed on schedule to the highest standard whilst upholding the highest compliance.
In addition to already being a qualified technician, the candidate we seek will possess a natural aptitude for mechanical diagnosis and repair.
Skills:
* Process and manage warranty claims for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer requirements.
* Review and verify claims, gather required documentation, and submit to the manufacturer or insurer.
* Communicate effectively with dealerships, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve warranty issues and provide updates.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, including documentation and correspondence.
* Analyse and report on warranty claims trends, costs, and metrics to management.
* Collaborate with dealerships and internal teams to resolve complex warranty issues and improve processes.
* Stay up-to-date with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and technical bulletins.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
